If you're camera shy and any of this feels edgy to you, no worries... I will guide you through the experience. I will help you prepare by providing prompts for contemplation, I'll ground us in meditation, and I'll help direct your poses as the organic energy flows.
I strive to create a safe space for those to feel comfortable to be themselves, and my main goal is always to bring out the best in people.
